GOALIE ACADEMY – GOALIE COACH
Location: Boston Area, and Mid-Atlantic Area
Reports to: Director
Salary: Depends on Experience
Start Date: As soon as possible
Seeking a former Goalie who played at the Collegiate or Professional hockey player to lead the growth and development of the hockey program and hockey players alike.
Qualifications:
* Played Goalie at the collegiate or professional level and has an in-depth knowledge of hockey sports-specific training
* Positive, personable outlook, energetic, happy, hard working and thrive in high-pressure situations.
* Outstanding organizational and customer service skills (both written and verbal)
* Must enjoy working in team environment
* Marketing and sales background is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs
* 4 year college degree is a plus
Responsibilities:
* Work with Program Manager to develop fun and exciting hockey training programs for players of all ages
* Train and coach clients in a fun, safe and motivating manor and provide top quality customer service
* Create and grow relationships with athletes and their p
arents and be a presence at tryouts, games and tournaments in the area * Complete pre and post athlete evaluations
