Amherst College seeks an experienced Head Coach of Women's Ice Hockey. Amherst is a member of the New England Small College Athletic Conference. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the successful NCAA Division III hockey program that has twice in the last five years won the NCAA Division III National Championship. The Head Coach is also responsible for other related duties assigned by the Director of Athletics. The position requires an understanding of the role of intercollegiate athletics in a highly competitive academic environment; strong recruiting, teaching, and coaching skills; and commitment to NESCAC and NCAA policies.
