As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating all logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries. You will manage all inbound transportation from the source factory to Bauer distribution centers and direct ship locations. The successful candidate will review and implement transportation lanes to determine appropriate levels of service and cost. You will ensure cost effective supply chain transportation by analyzing internal customer needs, researching transportation methods and auditing transportation provider costs. You will handle and resolve problem shipments for sales, distribution centers and manufacturing and manage the freight claims process. As a Logistics Analyst, you will manage the daily operations of the global shipping network and develop and maintain Company and factory partnerships.
Desired Skills & Experience
Duties require a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of experience in the international transportation/logistics industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiar with logistics management systems and ERP systems. SAP preferred.
- Experience in building/maintaining organizational KPI’s and driving performance improvements.
- Ability to present data analysis findings to various organization levels.
- Effectively develops internal and external business partner relationships.
- Effectively manages multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.

As our Director of Planning & Procurement, you will be responsible for leading the global Supply Chain Planning and Procurement organization while managing complex analyses on the changing dynamics in our markets. You will ensure that we have the most efficient inventory to maximize sales and drive continuous improvement of key performance indicators and business objectives. You will act as a leader and problem solver and look for new and innovative solutions to practical problems as it relates to the department. You will ensure that supply and demand plans are in sync with the strategic plan for the Company. The successful candidate will facilitate, develop and control all performance metrics and manage the global demand and supply plans to support product category objectives while maximizing sales with the most efficient inventory.
Desired Skills & Experience
Duties require a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations or Business with 10+ years experience leading and developing an agile Supply Chain/Operations Organization; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to inspire, involve and mentor others, ultimately ensuring a continuous improvement mindset is established throughout your team.
- Strong financial skills and knowledge with the ability to establish and monitor key financial business indicators.
- Extremely analytical and technically savvy.
- Ability to successfully influence others, without direct responsibility.
- Extremely detail-orientated and able to multi-task.
- Communicates complex and controversial topics to a large, varying audience with clarity.
- Travel required, including international travel, approximately 20%.
